Starting at $100 for most travel, with higher rates for international travel, fully customized domestic itineraries, and group travel, this fee encompasses the time and expertise I invest in researching, quoting, planning, and managing your bookings from inception to completion. It’s a reflection of my commitment to dedicating extensive time and expertise to design an itinerary that exceeds your expectations, ensuring an experience that transcends the ordinary.
For my valued existing clients, a gesture of appreciation comes in the form of waiving this planning fee for standard travel arrangements. However, for more complex travel such as international trips, customized domestic itineraries, and group travel, the fee will still apply. This approach allows me to continue providing you with the exceptional service and personalized experiences you've come to expect from Trey Tracy Travel.
While I often receive a small commission from suppliers, this occurs only after your journey begins. The planning fee thus ensures that I can uphold the highest standards of service and offer unbiased advice, focusing solely on your needs and preferences.
